1:1 life skills training is customised to each participant's goals with a measurable plan.
For example, to prepare for employment, we might aim to create a cover letter in two sessions and practice
customer service over four. Sessions include resume building, role-playing workplace scenarios, and setting
weekly tasks. These sessions may be conducted at your home one week or at your favourite coffee shop next.
Ultimately, you control and choose when and where these sessions occur.
